Ars Electronica

For Ars Electronica, Andreas Haupt and I prototyped an intelligent organization coordinated by Giuseppe Bellini, a Clawdbot foreman with a persistent memory and an explicit identity. Giuseppe managed todos, sent deadline reminders, updated priorities, generated artifacts, and built a working model of the team around him. The project asks what happens when an AI is not merely a tool used by an organization, but part of the organization itself: routing people, keeping books, shaping decisions, and revealing the alignment problems of machine-led coordination.
